Well, many of us can no longer move without noise, and some have arms too short to read the small print, but the signs on the path to self-fulfillment are only visible with the heart, right?
But beware: The second half of life should not be wasted on bad calendar sayings! The clock is ticking, so we must decide quickly about self-fulfillment: Master's degree, Mount Everest ascent, or Me Time Challenge with macrame? Saving the world or wine tasting?
And how do we maintain joy of life despite the obvious decay? Dagmar Schönleber knows: Luckily, in our second puberty, we have more life experience, intuition, and composure. We can only handle half as many drinks as before, but we carry everything with dignity except orthopedic shoes in beige!
