Description

The Creme Wiesn was first organized in 2013 as a festival for friends and supporters of the clique. At Fat Attack in Arlesheim, with 280 participants, the foundation was laid for a party format that developed into the "most cult Oktoberfest in the region" in the following years. In 2014, we welcomed 440 dirndls and lederhosen at the Basel City Studios in Dreispitz for an unforgettable celebration. Since 2015, additional CREME WIESN events with up to 820 guests have been held in the MITTENZA Hall in Muttenz. Due to the steadily increasing demand, the Creme Wiesn has been taking place since 2023 over two evenings with 1,000 guests each in the San Francisco Hall of the Congress Center Basel. The Creme Wiesn Vol. 11 in 2025 was founded by the newly established association "Freunde der Creme Wiesn" this year. The association consists of members of Creme Waggis, who aim to donate the profits from the event annually to a foundation or organization. The 12th edition of CREME WIESN will take place on the weekend of 06/07.11.2026. With the Bavarian party band "OIS EASY" (original Munich Wiesn band) and "DJ Tom-s" (Büetzer Buebe, Trauffer-Tour, ESAF), we have also assembled a lineup of the superlatives for 2026. Our catering partner is RYAGO Catering from the Wyniger Group.
