Autumn Colors and Plant Structures

Description

In autumn, the abundance of fruits in all shapes, textures, and colors fuels our creativity. We will explore the colors in the Garden before creating temporary works of art. As part of the Green Workshops at the Geneva Botanical Garden, on Wednesday afternoons, children are invited to share our passion for the plant and fungal world in a fun and educational way. Themed investigations, sensory discoveries, botanical explorations, and many other activities are on the program. The living collections of the Botanical Garden are the setting for these workshops offered by mediators, gardeners, and scientists from the Botanical Garden in collaboration with volunteers from Uni3, University of Seniors of Geneva.
