The concert “Conversazione” invites you to a unique cultural exchange between German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino: a dialogue between instruments and cultures, where different musical voices are interwoven to create a harmonious exchange. Through the interplay of clarinet, flute, and harp, the program explores a wide range of styles – from the precision and elegance of Baroque compositions to the emotional vibrancy of contemporary works. Each piece becomes a musical conversation that highlights the uniqueness of each instrument while celebrating their unity. This program celebrates the unifying power of music and promotes collaboration between cultures and (language) regions. Featuring clarinetist Irene Chen (Taiwan/Bern), flutist Tommaso Maria Maggiolini (Italy), and harpist Elisa Netzer (Ticino), the concert emphasizes cooperation through diverse musical traditions.
