Imagine walking in the mountains – more precisely in the Swiss Alps – and encountering owls, witches, and dragons; imagine feeling the wind blow, sometimes gently, sometimes forcefully; finally, imagine hearing jazz music in the distance, certainly unusual in this beautiful alpine setting, but perfectly integrated. Sujazzstiva is all of this: a jazz quartet and a classical wind quintet come together to musically tell the legends and tales of Italian Switzerland. In addition to highlighting the infinite descriptive possibilities of chamber music, this nonet offers a striking example of musical fusion, ideal for representing all facets of the mountainous environment. Let yourself be guided on this "musical excursion," between the magic of fairy tale characters, the urban atmospheres of jazz, and the incomparable warmth of wind instruments.
