We welcome a big band on the stage of Stadtkeller: the 17 musicians of the Big Band Luzern, accompanied by singer Alma Cilurzo, find their comfortable place there. Since 2009, this ensemble has brought energy, sound, and good humor. Formerly known as Big Band For Fun, it is now called Big Band Luzern. What hasn't changed: a lot of music and a palpable joy of playing on a small stage. Swing, Latin music, funk, rock, and pop blend with the sound power of the big band, under the direction of Peter Wespi. Staying seated? Impossible.
