Description

Two brothers from a poor family in northern France. Anger, humiliation, addiction, poverty. Great dreams, irreconcilable with the impossibilities of the world around. One of them decides to leave the environment, becoming an intellectual and a renowned European writer. The other stays behind, caught in a vicious cycle of poverty, benefits, and violence. When one brother publishes an autobiographical book that is set to become a European bestseller, the other threatens him with a baseball bat. And now, after ten years of separation, following the last collapse, the brothers finally find themselves in the same room.
