Brutus was formed in 1967 under the name Mandragora and, after several bans, was forced to suspend activities multiple times. After the Velvet Revolution, they perform under the name Brutus and tour the entire Czech Republic with their four-hour entertainment concerts, from the halls of large cities to community centers in remote villages.
