BOUNCE Unplugged – is that when they play everything only with acoustic guitars? No! Far from it. The BOUNCE Unplugged format was developed and tested over several years in a small setting before being implemented on the big stage.
It is a very special new concert experience that showcases the songs of Bon Jovi and, not least, the band BOUNCE from a completely different perspective.
The exclusively seated concerts offer a setlist that noticeably deviates from that of a normal BOUNCE concert. Rarely played songs like Real Life, Fields Of Fire, Welcome To Wherever You Are, or various rearranged titles like Keep The Faith or You Give Love A Bad Name in the swing version have a fixed place in the setlist.
What makes this concert experience particularly special is the performance of the musical guests. In addition to the exceptional saxophonist Dirk Trümmelmeier, Luca Gilles (Sperling) on cello and Jessica Kohlmetz (Paddy Goes To Hollyhead) on violin are part of the ensemble.
Especially for the BOUNCE Unplugged concerts, the band has acquired many small but fine additional stage decorations that emphasize the coziness of the evening.
