BoilingTrance stands for fast, energetic nights somewhere between Trance, Hardtrance, Eurodance, and Bounce. With this event series, we aim to provide a platform for both international artists and the local scene and to bring the sound we love to Basel's dance floors. The main act of the second edition is MRGNSTRN from Dresden. The DJ and producer is known for energetic Trance and Hardtrance sets with influences from various genres. Driving grooves, bouncy synths, and distinctive vocals shape his unmistakable sound. With regular bookings across Germany and first performances abroad in Europe, MRGNSTRN has long established himself beyond his hometown. Since 2022, he has been releasing his own productions, reaching an international audience. With over 200,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and more than 5 million plays for his track "Bauchnabelpiercing," his music regularly finds its way into the sets of numerous DJs and onto dance floors far beyond Germany. Supporting acts from the local scene include Iuliatski b2b Winneju, Lurox b2b BouncyBongi, and AYVI.
