Description
Mobile, strong, relaxed hands despite rheumatism
Maintain mobility, strengthen, relax and thus relieve complaints with targeted exercises.
Our hands do a lot in everyday life – so it is all the more important to take good care of them. Rheumatic complaints do not have to be an obstacle. We also address the questions: What does good posture have to do with hand strength? And why do strong shoulders need to have strong hands and vice versa?
In this workshop you will learn:
- to use the hands in a joint-friendly way in everyday life
- movements that can build strength and relieve complaints
- relaxation options for more lightness in the hands
- mindful handling of the hands and posture
Look forward to practical exercises that you can immediately integrate into your everyday life – for mobile, strong and relaxed hands.
