Description

Located on a west-facing hillside facing the Jura, you will observe 15 species of mycorrhizal trees forming a group of nearly 2000 trees. During this presentation, you will learn everything about truffle cultivation, from choosing the variety to the nature of an ideal soil, from managing the cultivation to harvesting. Demonstration of truffle hunting: You will witness real-time truffle searching with the work of our truffle dogs. We will also introduce you to other truffle hunting techniques and the harvest periods of different truffle varieties. Tasting of products with truffle in the form of a tasting aperitif will introduce you to some uses of truffles through sweet and savory preparations, cooked with products from our region.
