Description

Who didn't play with building blocks, Meccano, Märklin, or Stokys, etc. in the past? Now, in our exhibition titled "Building Blocks Wonder," we showcase some exclusive kits from their youth and a brief historical treatise on the playful engagement of children. Speaking of youth; the young generation is also encouraged to actively participate in our exhibition. During opening hours, various workshops are available. You can build, screw, and connect. Completely up to choice, whether according to plan or as it fits. Our play options include Stokys, Fischer Technik, Adler building blocks, and Cuboro marble run. Additionally, two or three play afternoons with Lego are planned for those staying at home during the autumn holidays. We received support for the exhibition from Walter Weiss of the "Verein Fachwerkerleben" Stammheim. Most historical exhibits and texts come from his collection.

General Information

The exhibition "Building Blocks Wonder" at the Hüntwangen Village Museum showcases exclusive kits and offers children the opportunity to build creatively. Supported by Walter Weiss from the "Verein Fachwerkerleben," historical exhibits are presented along with various play options.
