Rafael Bölsterli, fresh from his twelve-day journey in Bangkok with cookbook author Ben Kindler, will guide participants through the preparation of various traditional Bangkok dishes. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn new recipes and cooking techniques inspired by the vibrant street food scene of Bangkok, in a hands-on workshop at Cookuk Kochatelier und Catering.
