Autumn Barbecue with Wine and Pumpkin Lanterns at Vinařství LAHOFER

Description

You can taste grilled specialties under the guidance of the new chef Radek Rosota at Vinařství LAHOFER on the first Saturday of October. From 1 PM to 8 PM, he will prepare dishes such as beef flank steak with a rich wine reduction, roasted Grenaille potatoes with rosemary, wine sausage, or sourdough bread with garlic oil. Suitable wines from Vinařství LAHOFER will be recommended for each dish. The event will take place in the winery's amphitheater. For children, there will be an outdoor fire pit for roasting sausages, grape juice, and pumpkin carving. Finished pumpkin lanterns can be taken home or left as decoration for the winery.
