Description

Autour du feu is a show that invites children of all ages to create a new world, with its own rules, traditions, and myths. Through interactive moments with the audience, the team then improvises scenes that are both everyday and legendary, showing what life looks like in this entirely invented universe. Gathered around the fire for the weekly vigil, children then become the inhabitants of this new planet and tell stories of this place, which are embodied and played by the fire guardians. In all its projects, the Prédüm Company seeks to broaden the scope of improvisation, question what is theatrical, and engage the audience differently. In 2019, it created its first young audience project "C’est tes affaires!" at the Petit Théâtre de Lausanne (Swiss selection at Avignon 2022), and in 2022 it co-produced "Miracle," a feature film shot in a single sequence with improvised dialogues. It also carries projects like "Nouveau Spectacle" and "La Promenade," improvisational duos inspired by the philosophy embedded in everyday dialogues.
