The lecture explores opportunities and challenges in finding and maintaining training and employment opportunities for neurodivergent people, especially in the autism spectrum. Neurodivergence is a valuable, yet underutilized resource in our society. At the same time, it requires understanding, translation work, and support between neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals. You will learn how neurodivergence manifests in everyday work life, what potentials and hurdles exist, and what recommendations for inclusion can be successful for those affected, their environment, and employers.
