Exhibition «How We Learn»

Description

Humans have not only learned to walk on two legs, speak, make tools and other aids throughout evolution and history – they have also learned to learn and teach effectively, to research, recognize their mistakes, and revise their opinions. What distinguishes them from animals? How and what do chimpanzees, dogs, or bees learn?

We explain research findings from neurology, psychology, and pedagogy with brain specimens from humans and animals, models, films, tests, and games. You will experience that you know more than you think, and that you also learn without wanting to.

A public tour of the exhibition takes place on one Sunday each month. The dates are available at www.kulturama.ch/veranstaltungen.

This exhibition is open on Saturdays and Sundays and can be visited in combination with other exhibitions at Kulturama.

General Information
