Workshop Make Chocolate Truffles

Description

In the unique atmosphere of the Chocolate School in the center of Geneva, at the scheduled time, we will welcome you for this 2-hour introductory chocolate-making class.
While tasting some of La Bonbonnière's flagship creations, our master chocolatiers will explain the history of Swiss chocolate and its secrets.
Then, you will move from theory to practice by experimenting with various techniques and creating your own chocolate truffles.
