Paulo, through his years at SWATCH, came into contact with musicians like Peter Gabriel, Jean-Michel Jarre, and Candy Dulfer.

With the third album "11 PM," Paulo achieved enormous success; the album alone sold 250,000 copies in Japan, and it was natural to follow up this success with another album. But it gets even more intense. A few years later, Paulo moved to London and founded a publishing company. He spends his days producing and writing songs for artists like Craig David, Jessie J, Miley Cyrus. The publishing company quickly becomes successful. In 2013, Paulo returned with the album "Does Anybody Wanna Funk?" feeling like he had found his home again. The love for music is back. Initially, Paulo was worried that the audience had forgotten him, but his concern proved unfounded. The fans are still there, and he receives inquiries from both Europe and South America. The fact that Paulo has fans all over the world is also demonstrated by the current single "Mindcontrol." The song has over 3.4 million streams on Spotify. Now, Paulo Mendonca is up to date with the album Mindcontrol. On the album, Paulo collaborates with Peter Iwers (who previously played in In Flames). Their collaboration began in 2017 with the single "U Got 2 Believe." Together, they have now produced a complete album, which Paulo describes as "a rock record that swings."
