The distilleries of Val-de-Travers open their doors on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 10 am for a day dedicated entirely to absinthe! Immerse yourself in the world of this unique beverage from 10 am to 6 pm. Visit the distilleries, meet the distillers, discover the secrets of absinthe production, and taste their products. Visit the Maison de l'Absinthe in Môtiers and delve into the history of this spirit, which was not long ago illegal. And at the end of the day, enjoy a musical evening at Parc Girardier in Môtiers, dedicated to absinthe.
