Elevenball, the small and fine label from Kofmehl, celebrates 25 years.

Pre-sale starts on April 10 – including the announcement of the first bands.
It all begins on November 19, 2000: The old Kofmehl fills to the brim for a concert by Subsonic. It becomes clear during the pre-sale: it will be too crowded. The capacity is not enough – and the idea for more space is born.
This is how the Raumbar was created. Originally intended as a bar, it quickly developed into a concert venue – a "club within a club." The Raumbar becomes a permanent part of Kofmehl. The first concert is played by the band Incured – marking the birth of Elevenball, carried by a handful of dedicated people from Kofmehl, even though the name was still "Raumbar" at that time.
In 2003, Kofmehl moves to the new building. The Raumbar is deliberately reintegrated: bigger, more open – and with a broader program. The small team takes over the space – and from this, the Elevenball label emerges.
Today, one looks back on 25 years full of music: over 400 shows, well over 1000 bands. From hardcore to punk, ska, 60’s surf to garage – everything is included. Bands like Deadline, One Man Army, Street Dogs, Strang Out, No Fun At All, The Adicts, Buzzcocks, The Sonics, or big names like Hatebreed, Sick of It All, Sepultura, and The Monsters shape the program. There are also tours and festivals like Hell on Earth, Persistence Tour, Trash and Bash, and Vespatwist.
At the same time, Elevenball remains a home for local and regional bands. For many, it becomes more than just a concert venue: a living room, a meeting place, a place where one grows up and becomes part of a scene.
Behind it all is a small, voluntary team that has been passionately involved for 25 years to keep concerts and events running.
Today, Elevenball stands for the small and fine, for subculture and honest music – and continues to have its fixed place in the Kulturfabrik Kofmehl.
And that is exactly what is being celebrated:
