Alpine cheese is made from the best natural alpine milk and crafted with careful handwork – a unique delight with culture and tradition. Around 30 St. Gallen, Appenzell, and Liechtenstein alpine cheese producers present their cheeses to the critical palates of visitors at the Alpine Cheese Award. Program:
10:00 AM - Start of Alpine Cheese Award and market life with regional products, play opportunities for children
2:00 PM - Concert with powerhouse Melanie Lutz
3:00 PM - End of Alpine Cheese Award
4:00 PM - Announcement of rankings and prize draw, accompanied by the Schällnerclub Flumserberg Information:
The Alpine Cheese Award at Flumserberg takes place in all weather conditions in the alpine barn at the Molseralp restaurant, on Tannenboden. In addition to the Alpine Cheese Award, there are numerous hikes with magnificent mountain panoramas and the FLOOMZER toboggan run.
