What happens if an event is cancelled or changed?
Event organizers are responsible for keeping participants informed about important changes, such as cancellations, changes of date, time or venue.
To make sure you have the latest information:
- Events from external sources – Check the event details and the linked organizer or ticketing website before heading out. Also keep an eye on any email or other notifications sent by the organizer or ticketing provider.
- Events created directly on EventsMapped – Check the Event Detail page before heading out to make sure the event information has not changed.
For important events, we always recommend checking the latest information shortly before attending.
