anaiis brings "Devotion & The Black Divine" to Basel The French-Senegalese artist anaiis, based in London, is coming to Switzerland as part of her major UK & EU Tour 2027: On March 6, 2027, she will stop at Gannet in Basel – an evening full of Neo-Soul, powerful voice, and intimate songwriting. The Basel date is part of an 18-concert tour that starts on February 23 in Copenhagen, travels across Europe, and concludes on March 24 with a headline show at the legendary KOKO in London. The evening will focus on anaiis' 2025 album Devotion & The Black Divine, which has already surpassed 20 million streams and was named album of the year by New Yorker, Apple Music, BBC 6, and Wordplay Magazine – celebrated among others by The Guardian, The Observer, Rolling Stone UK, BBC, Numéro, Crack Magazine, and CLASH. The album explores themes of self-discovery, motherhood, and acceptance – with emotional clarity and a growing sense of coming home to oneself. Live in Basel, she is expected to present new, unreleased material as well as her current singles "Sunshine" and "P4P," recorded in London with a live band: "Sunshine" captures the intoxicating feeling of an encounter that shakes one's world, while "P4P" as a protest song intertwines joy and anger, desire and justice.
