Once planted, high-stem fruit trees require careful maintenance to thrive and allow their fruits to ripen properly. In this course, Werner Kradolfer, an experienced nursery owner, teaches us the basics of "training" young trees as well as pruning and caring for older high-stem fruit trees. We discover which tools are necessary for this purpose and what rules must be followed. We will perform pruning exercises ourselves under his supervision. No prior knowledge is required to participate in this course.
