From 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM - guided excursion upon registration Taking advantage of the "mushroom season", participants, curious to discover these mysterious beings, will approach them during an excursion in the forests near the Botanical Garden. They will be guided by members of the Mycological Society of Neuchâtel and Surroundings. Open to the public, with forest walking equipment. The excursion takes place in all weather conditions. Meeting at the Botanical Garden parking lot. Mandatory registration for the morning excursion: jardinbotanique.neuchatel@ne.ch From 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM - collection exhibition, free entry The mushrooms collected during the morning excursion will be displayed at the Gardeners' House of the Botanical Garden. Members of the Mycological Society of Neuchâtel and Surroundings will present and comment on the different species revealing the diversity of these living beings in the region. Tasting of culinary preparations based on mushrooms will be offered on this occasion. Due to the high number of participants in this excursion, we thank you for prioritizing public transportation or parking at La Roche de l'Ermitage.

This activity takes place at the Botanical Garden of the University of Neuchâtel. Participants will explore the surrounding forests with experts from the Mycological Society of Neuchâtel, followed by an exhibition of the collected mushrooms and tastings.
